Introduction for the Will-O-Wisp SubDistrict

On August 19, 2006, the Will-O-Wisp Metropolitan District SubDistrict (The Subdistrict) was formed by a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Will-O-Wisp Metropolitan District creating subdistrict (Resolution No. 8/06-1).  The legal description of the subdistrict was corrected by resolution of the Board of Directors of the Will-O-Wisp Metropolitan District (Resolution No. 10/06-2) in order to exclude tracts 1-4, inclusive, from the subdistrict as those tracts were not properly included in the subdistrict.

The legal description of the subdistrict is as follows:

All property located in Tanglewood Preserve final plat, a tract of land in sections 1, 2, 11, 12, 13, township 7 south, range 72, west of the 6th principle meridian, county of Park, state of Colorado, except tracts 1-4 inclusive.
